About Digital Enablers

We Build the Digital Infrastructure Businesses Actually Run On.

Digital Enablers is a digital transformation consultancy headquartered in Ypsilanti, Michigan. We help established businesses move from scattered tools and manual workflows to structured, measurable digital operations — and we build the platforms that prove it works.

A Consultancy That Ships.

Most digital agencies stop at the marketing layer. Most software firms stop at the code. Digital Enablers sits deliberately in between — we're the partner businesses call when the problem isn't "we need a website," but "our operation doesn't run the way it should."

We work across the full arc: understanding how a business operates today, designing the systems it needs, building them, and then running them. Websites, web and mobile applications, ERP platforms, IoT deployments, AI agents, workflow automation, and the managed services that keep all of it live.

That range isn't a menu. It's the reason we can take responsibility for an outcome instead of a deliverable. When one partner owns strategy, build, and operations, there is no gap for a project to fall into.

Built on Fifteen Years of Operational Systems

Digital Enablers was founded on more than fifteen years of hands-on experience building and deploying the systems businesses depend on — SaaS platforms, enterprise resource planning systems, industrial IoT, and intralogistics technology.

That background matters because it isn't a marketing background. It's a background in the unglamorous mechanics of how work actually gets done: how an order moves through a company, where inventory data goes wrong, why a warehouse team stops using the software it was given, what it costs when three departments each keep their own spreadsheet.

Digital Enablers exists to bring that discipline — enterprise-grade systems thinking — to businesses that have historically been priced out of it.

"Transformation isn't a technology purchase. It's a decision about how your business will operate for the next ten years. Our job is to make that decision safe to make."

The Gap We Were Built to Close.

There's a pattern we see in nearly every business we assess.

The business works. Revenue is real, customers are real, the team is capable. But the operation is held together by workarounds — a spreadsheet only one person understands, a group chat standing in for a system, a website that hasn't reflected the business in three years, data that gets re-entered four times before anyone can report on it.

None of it is broken enough to force a decision. All of it is expensive.

We were built to close that gap deliberately, in stages, without asking a business to bet everything on a single high-risk rebuild.

What Most Businesses Get What We Deliver
A quote for "a website" with no clarity on what happens after launch A documented scope with named deliverables, timelines, and revision limits
Tools bought separately that never talk to each other Systems designed as one connected operation
Reporting based on opinion and instinct Tracking built in from day one, so decisions are evidence-based
A vendor who disappears at handover A partner who runs and maintains what we build

Transformation, in the Right Order.

Not every business is ready for the same intervention. We work in three stages, and we'll tell you honestly which one you're in.

Most clients enter at one stage and grow into the next. None are pushed there.

We Don't Just Advise. We Build and Run Production Platforms.

The clearest evidence of what a technology partner can do is what they've already shipped. These are enterprise platforms designed, built, and operated by our team — serving real operations, in production, today. They are proprietary platforms we own and run — not examples of client work.

ForkLink

IoT fleet intelligence for material handling

Hardware and SaaS combined: a connected platform for forklift and material-handling fleets that brings utilization, operator behavior, battery health, safety compliance, and maintenance into a single operational view. Purpose-built for warehouse and intralogistics operations where equipment downtime is measured in thousands of dollars an hour.

Sectors: Warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, 3PL

ModaFlow

Production ERP for fashion and apparel

An end-to-end ERP for fashion designers, tailoring houses, and apparel manufacturers — order intake, measurements, production stages, workforce and attendance, inventory, and delivery, with a companion mobile application for floor teams. Designed for an industry served almost entirely by generic software that doesn't understand how a garment is actually made.

Sectors: Fashion, apparel, custom manufacturing

ServiceForce

Field service management

A field service management platform for US service contractors — scheduling and dispatch, technician mobility, work orders, asset history, quoting, and billing. Built for companies whose revenue depends on getting the right person to the right site with the right parts.

Sectors: Field service, maintenance contractors, equipment service

Every one of these platforms was built by the same team that will build yours. When we recommend an architecture, we're recommending something we've already had to live with.

ForkLink and ModaFlow are operated by affiliated entities under common ownership. Digital Enablers LLC is the exclusive commercial and implementation partner for these platforms in the United States.

Structure Is What You're Actually Buying.

Every engagement runs through the same eight-stage process — from the first Discovery Call through negotiation, contract, delivery, and formal archive. You know what you're getting, what it costs, when it arrives, and where it stands at every point in between.

architecture

Architectural Integrity

Everything we build starts with a blueprint. We don't improvise enterprise infrastructure, and we don't begin implementation before the architecture is agreed in writing.

Modular Systems

Our solutions are built to be extended. A business changes; its systems should change with it without a rebuild from zero.

Evidence-Based Growth

Decisions are driven by data. We install tracking and reporting as part of every engagement, so performance is a measurement rather than an argument.

Scope Discipline

You negotiate the scope before the contract, not during the build. Once locked, it's fixed — which is what makes a fixed price and a fixed date mean anything.

Who We Work With.

We work with established businesses that have outgrown their current systems — operations complex enough that spreadsheets and manual workarounds have become a liability.

Warehousing & Logistics Manufacturing Field Service & Maintenance Equipment Rental Fashion & Apparel Production Professional Services & Agencies Trades & Home Services Healthcare Practices Retail & Distribution

Locally, we work hands-on with businesses throughout Southeast Michigan — in person, on site, wherever the operation actually runs. Nationally, we deliver remotely with the same structure.

What You Can Hold Us To.

We scope before we sell.

No engagement begins without a documented scope. You'll know what you're getting, when, and what falls outside it.

We report in outcomes.

Every managed engagement carries defined success metrics reported monthly. Activity is not an outcome.

We stay after launch.

We build systems we're prepared to operate. If we wouldn't run it, we won't recommend it.

We tell you when the answer is no.

If a project won't deliver a return, we'll say so before you spend the money. It costs us a sale and earns us a client.
