Structure Is What You're Actually Buying.
Most projects don't fail on talent. They fail on ambiguity โ about what was agreed, what was included, and when it was due. Our process removes ambiguity before the work starts, which is the only point at which removing it is cheap.
Negotiate Before. Not During.
Every agency promises to prevent scope creep. Most do it by making the contract rigid and hoping you don't notice what's missing until it's too late to argue.
We do the opposite. Before anything is signed, the proposal is fully open โ you negotiate the quantity of deliverables, the price, and the delivery timeline until both sides agree it is right. Our team reviews what you've proposed. If we're aligned, it becomes the contract. If we're not, you get a counter-offer and the conversation continues until we are.
Once it's signed, it's locked. That's not a restriction on you โ it's the protection you paid for. A locked scope is what makes a fixed price and a fixed date mean anything.
From First Call to Final Archive.
Eight stages. You know where you are at every one of them.
Book a Discovery Call
You start by booking a Discovery Call. That's the whole first step โ no forms to complete, no documents to prepare, no commitment of any kind.
If you'd like to arrive with more context, request a free Digital Impact Report first. We'll analyze your digital footprint and bring the findings to the call.
We Learn How Your Business Actually Runs
A structured conversation, not a sales pitch. We work through how your business operates today, where work gets stuck, what you've already tried, and โ most importantly โ which outcomes you want first.
Priorities matter more than wish lists. By the end of the call we know what to propose and, just as usefully, what not to.
Detailed Scope, Named Deliverables, Full Terms
You receive a written proposal covering the complete scope, every deliverable output stated by name and quantity, the delivery timeline, the price, and all terms and conditions.
Nothing is implied. If it isn't in the proposal, it isn't in the project โ and you can see exactly where the line sits before you decide anything.
You Negotiate. We Review. Then It's Locked.
Review the proposal and negotiate it โ the quantity of deliverable outputs, the price, the delivery time. All three are open.
Our team reviews what you've proposed. If everyone is aligned, the proposal becomes the contract. If we can't deliver what's been asked at the terms proposed, you receive a counter-offer, and on your acceptance that becomes the contract.
This is the last stage at which scope changes freely. After this point, changes are handled as governed revisions or quoted as additional work.
100% Advance Confirms Your Slot
Full payment activates the project. It reserves your delivery slot and locks your place in the production schedule ahead of work that hasn't been confirmed.
For monthly services, the first month activates the engagement and billing continues on cycle.
Your PM Is Assigned. The Clock Starts When Inputs Land.
A Project Manager is assigned to you based on the category of service you've contracted โ someone who works in that discipline, not a generalist relaying messages.
Your PM sends an input request built specifically from the outcomes you selected: the content, credentials, assets, and access needed to deliver them. You submit those inputs; your PM reviews and accepts them.
Your delivery timeline starts at that acceptance โ not at signature, not at payment. You are never billed timeline against days we spent waiting on something we hadn't asked for clearly.
Scheduled Checkpoints, Not Status-Chasing
For application and workflow builds, meeting points are scheduled in advance โ virtual sessions at defined intervals where progress is demonstrated, questions are resolved, and the direction of the next sprint is set from your input.
You aren't emailing to ask how it's going. The next checkpoint is already in your calendar, and everything between checkpoints is visible in your client portal.
Delivered, Accepted, Documented, Closed
Every deliverable is submitted for your acceptance against the contracted scope. Once accepted, the project is formally marked complete.
It is then archived โ documentation handed over, credentials transferred, assets and the full approval history preserved. If you come back in two years, or take the work elsewhere, the record of what was built and why is intact and it belongs to you.
Managed Marketing Runs on a Monthly Cycle.
Retainer services don't have a single delivery date, so they don't follow stages 07 and 08 the same way. Stages 01 through 06 are identical. After that, the rhythm is monthly.
Content Approval
Where we produce the content โ posts, blog articles, ad creative, email campaigns โ you approve it before it publishes. Nothing goes out under your name that you haven't seen.
Monthly Performance Report
A written report every month against the success metrics defined in your contract. Rankings, reach, leads, cost per lead โ the numbers that were agreed, reported the same way every time so month-on-month comparison is real.
Ongoing Direction
Each report closes with next-month strategy. You can redirect priorities within the contracted scope at any monthly checkpoint โ the plan is reviewed continuously, not set once and forgotten.
Where we manage the channels end-to-end, approval and reporting are both included at every tier. Neither is an upgrade.
What This Protects You From.
Every stage above exists because of a specific way projects go wrong. Here is what each one prevents.
Ambiguous Scope
Every deliverable is named and counted in the proposal before you sign. There is no interpretation left to argue about later, in either direction.
Scope Creep
Negotiation happens before the contract, not during the build. Once locked, additions are quoted โ they don't quietly consume the timeline you were promised.
Endless Revisions
Defined revision limits per package, stated up front, with a review window. Feedback stays focused and the project reaches an end.
Timeline Disputes
The clock starts when your inputs are accepted, so the delivery date means the same thing to both of us from the first day.
Payment Friction
Financial alignment happens once, before execution. Nobody is negotiating money in the middle of a delivery phase.
Undocumented Handover
Every project closes with a formal archive โ documentation, credentials, assets, approval history. You own all of it.
Start With a Conversation.
A Discovery Call is 30 minutes, costs nothing, and commits you to nothing. If there isn't a fit, we'll say so on the call.
